Urbana Wellness Spa
Location: Atlanta, GA, The Shops of Buckhead

This is Urbana Wellness Spa’s first location in Atlanta. The build-out was 4905 sq. ft. of new tenant space. This project was to implement a very detailed design of a salon spa, tea bar, nail salon, yoga studio, 9 massage rooms – 2 with corner inset showers, changing, lounge, break room, and offices. Through detailed scheduling the project was finished on time and on budget for their grand opening event. Services include preconstruction, value engineering, scheduling, coordination with owner and vendors.
