Our work included demolition of existing retail spaces and new build-out and re-configuring two retail suites onto one large studio with movable partition walls and office. The project included MEP, low voltage system, walls, flooring and doors, and interior glass office windows. Install all millwork and furnishings that are corporate standard for Code Ninjas franchises. This was a very tight delivery schedule and considerable coordination with the property owner and neighboring business owners. We used our proven scheduling and occupied space methodologies to deliver on time and on budget.
