Working in an historic structure is always a delicate and detailed situation. This office renovation project included cleaning entire floors, floor to ceiling, removal of carpet, kitchenettes and cubicle work-spaces. New paint, carpet, LED lighting fixtures and ACT ceiling grids were installed throughout the floors ready for new tenant fit-out. We washed the full exterior of the building and premises to promote the interior revitalization effort. Services include preconstruction, value engineering, scheduling, coordination with owner and vendors.
