The project scope of work was to renovate the reception area, create an open office area with a hard ceiling detail surrounded by individual offices, conference rooms and break room. Our work included total demolition of the existing 4059 sq. ft. of space. The project was turned over to a very happy client in 4 weeks. Services include preconstruction, value engineering, scheduling, and coordination with vendors.
