Clayton County IT Data Center Renovation

The 11,539 SF scope of work include demolition of existing and install new MEP systems, floors, ceilings, walls, ACT, low voltage access system and build out new design of partition office spaces. A key component was the custom raised floor for IT data cable system housing. Due to the security aspect of working in an active data center there was time sensitive coordination among all disciplines and constant lines of communication. Our occupied space methodologies gave us the ability to complete the job on budget with minimal impact on our client’s daily operations.
