Our project scope included a new 1073 SF ground up fitness center with exercise room, multi-stall bathroom, and a clear story for additional natural light. The existing 3978 SF fire house was re-purposed for a more efficient layout of living spaces, dorm rooms, offices and break room. Scheduling, value engineering and constant client/team communication allowed this project a successful completion.
