St. James was in need of a new walkway and retaining wall. The walkway connects their office building with the bridge to the sanctuary. Lefko was able to deliver services with no disruptions to church services or office staff and under budget. Services include preconstruction, value engineering, scheduling, coordination with owner and vendors.
