GSU trusted our team with the renovation of Hurt Park in downtown Atlanta. The park is a vital part of the community serving students and the public as an oasis of green in the urban campus setting. The scope of work was to renovate the park’s hardscape and landscape including new sidewalks, stage area, renovation of all the landscape (included air fracking, grading, and planting new material), new irrigation system, waterproof old and new joints, repoint stairs, and new lighting. Our GC services included preconstruction, value engineering, and strategic scheduling and coordination with utilities and the City.
