The ATC Student Success Center included demolition of a total of 4382 sq. ft. of space. The project scope was to create one conference room, large reception and common area, 13 offices, and storage in an existing space. Thorough communication with the owner and architect was key to completing the project on time. Services included preconstruction, scheduling and general contracting.
