EDUCATION:
GSU – Indian Creek Recreational Area
Location: Stone Mountain, GA
Architect/Owner: Georgia State University
Working closely with the facilities director at Georgia State University and engineers at POND, we provided services for demolition of the existing structure and build-out of a new 1030 sq. ft. recreational area maintenance office. The project also included site work for the Sky Ramp Facility to allow for new ADA compliant decks and pathways to the recreational skylines, and extensive erosion control measures throughout the area. Services included preconstruction, scheduling and general contracting.
