Adaptive reuse of a bank branch into a 4,600 sq. ft. recreational facility and 8,200 sq. ft. customer service office. Repositioned all new office spaces with two new ADA compliant bathrooms. The project included grading work for the installation of two concrete pads and wood park pavilions, pouring sidewalks from street to the pavilions and then on to the playground area. Services include preconstruction, value engineering, scheduling, coordination with vendors.
