Clay Building

The Clay Building is a 100-year-old + historical structure on the Main Street of Conyers. Keeping the integrity of the historical building was an important aspect of the renovation while modernizing the entire interior space. The 2-story building project was a conversion from a theater into a courthouse and magistrate offices. The renovation called for a retrofit of the thermal resistant ability including all new exterior windows and doors. Courthouse specifications included bullet proof reception area glass and judges desk.  Services include preconstruction, value engineering, scheduling, and coordination with vendors and specialty materials.
