The Clay Building is a 100-year-old-plus historical structure on the Main Street of Conyers. Keeping the integrity of the historical building was an important aspect of the renovation while modernizing the entire interior space. The 2-story building project was a conversion from a theater into a courthouse and magistrate offices, the renovation called for a retrofit of the thermal resistant ability including all new exterior windows and doors. Courthouse specifications included bulletproof reception area glass and judge’s desk.
