The Nitrogen Tank Lab consists of infrastructure upgrades for biochemistry research laboratories focused on medical drug research and development. The project included expanding an existing concrete pad outdoors to accommodate a new bulk nitrogen storage system with secure enclosures for safety. Inside the facility, we implemented new HVAC enhancements and installed a dual (high–low) exhaust system designed to capture and vent out both cold and warm nitrogen vapors generated by the research equipment. These improvements will support critical research operations as well as enhance safety, reliability, and environmental control within the labs.
