The 11,539 SF project included demolition and installation of new MEP systems, floors, ceilings, walls, ACT, low-voltage access systems, and the build-out of new partitioned office spaces. A key feature was a custom raised floor for IT data cabling. Working in an active data center required precise, time-sensitive coordination and constant communication. Our occupied-space approach allowed the project to be completed on budget with minimal disruption to dail operations.
