This project included extensive site work for a new 5,000 SF steel warehouse, along with the renovation of 2,500 SF of administrative space. Additional work included a new parking area, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, landscaping, a water detention pond, and permanent soil erosion controls. Drawing on our diverse experience, we provided tailored solutions that allowed the client’s building to be completed on schedule.
