Our downtown Lawrenceville project transformed a single-story building into a two-level, industrial-style space. The renovation included full demolition, a new roof, and the addition of a second floor with elevator access—now home to a coffee shop, bakery, and tapas bar that energize the downtown community.
Next door, Shoehorn Alley was redeveloped to create a pedestrian-friendly link between Perry Street, rear parking, and nearby businesses. New utilities, sidewalks, pavers, and lighting improved accessibility and enhanced the downtown experience for residents and visitors alike.
