165 Perry Street Renovation

Our project in downtown Lawrenceville transformed an old single story building into two levels of open industrial style spaces. The scope included demolition of existing interior and exterior systems and roof of the building in preparation for full renovation and expansion of a second level with elevator. A coffee shop/bakery is planned for the main level and a tapas bar is planned to open upstairs.

Shoehorn Alley next door, owned by the City of Lawrenceville, was developed to allow pedestrian friendly access from Perry St. to a back parking area and access to other businesses. New utility connections, concrete sidewalk, pavers and pedestrian lighting were installed. Strategic demo, coordination with utility companies and clear communication with all stakeholders was key to successfully completing these projects.
