Alejandro is one of Lefko’s Superintendents with nineteen years of industry experience. Trained as an architect and experienced in team leadership, he brings strong construction management and jobsite supervision to every project, helping teams stay focused, organized, and productive. He is OSHA 30 certified and fluent in both English and Spanish.
Tavieon is one of Lefko’s Superintendents. Before moving into construction, he spent six years supporting U.S. Army operations through IT systems management, hardware and software oversight, and technical support. He brings strong leadership and discipline to the field, ensuring schedules stay on track and quality and safety standards are met. He is OSHA 30 certified.
With eight years of construction experience, Jason serves as a Superintendent for LEFKO. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and is OSHA 30 certified. Jason manages all on-site operations and day-to-day logistics, supervises crews, and inspects the quality of work to ensure projects stay on track while maintaining a safe and clean job site.
Ricardo is a Superintendent with a B.S. in Architecture from Rafael Urdaneta University. Fluent in Spanish and English, he manages daily schedules to keep crews on task and meet project milestones. He holds advanced certifications in OSHA as well as OSHA 30.
As LEFKO’s principal Project Scheduler and Estimating Manager, Jesus is a key member of the pre-construction team. He holds a Civil Engineering degree and a Master’s in Construction Project Management. Jesus develops detailed schedules and budgets, manages resources, and identifies value engineering opportunities to ensure projects are completed on-time and on-budget.
Andria is one of Lefko’s Project Managers with ten years of experience guiding full-cycle projects from concept to closeout. She is known for her collaborative communication style and her streamlined approach to documentation that keeps projects organized and progressing smoothly. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and maintains OSHA 10 and GSWCC certifications.
Cristina is a Project Estimator recognized for her attention to detail and bidding experience. A Civil Engineer by degree from the University of Zulia, her disciplined communication style allows her to develop successful project budgets with numerous consultants and suppliers. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Julio is a Project Estimator with a degree in Civil Engineering and a background in infrastructure and airport projects. His experience on large-scale projects has given him a tactical approach to estimating and clear communication. He is a multilingual team member, fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian.
Ana is a Project Estimator with a Civil Engineering degree and certifications in Structural Design and Civil Construction Calculations. Her experience on commercial and industrial projects makes her an expert at estimating and detailing bids. A technical thinker, she excels at identifying critical issues in a timely manner and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Andrea is a Project Estimator with a degree in architecture and a specialization in management. She holds a B. Architecture and a Diploma in Interior Design. Her leadership and communication style with subcontractors and vendors are key to developing successful project budgets. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and basic French.
Kelly is a Project Estimator who uses her analytical skills to create accurate project budgets. She earned her Civil Engineering degree from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Structural Engineering. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Giuseppe is a Civil Engineer who leads LEFKO’s Production Ops. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, where he graduated Cum Laude, and a Master’s in Construction Project Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude. As Production Operations Manager, he oversees day-to-day field operations, ensuring all projects are effectively planned, staffed, and executed by coordinating the various teams.
Thomas holds multiple degrees, including a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from NYU and an M.B.A. and M.S. in Finance from Mercer and GSU, respectively. He co-founded the LEFKO Group in 2003 and later formed LEFKO Construction with Marc. With a background in finance and engineering, his primary focus is on preconstruction, leveraging his expertise in financial and time management.
Marc earned his Industrial & Systems Engineering degree from Georgia Tech before working at General Motors for over eight years, where he won the prestigious Chairman’s Honor Award. He co-founded LEFKO Construction in 2004, developing the firm’s efficient project management methodologies. As Project Executive, Marc oversees contracts and client relationships, playing a key role in pricing and negotiations.
Tatiana supports Lefko’s office operations as Assistant Office Manager, working closely with the Office Manager to keep day-to-day functions running smoothly. With a background in construction, she brings valuable industry knowledge along with strong administrative and accounting skills.
Alejandra serves as Office/Accounting Manager and brings over 15 years of experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounts payable. She oversees office functions, coordinates team needs, and is dedicated to maintaining accuracy and ensuring financial compliance across operations. Alejandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting.
Babatunde is one of Lefko’s Superintendents with over 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on education projects. He is an analytical problem-solver who effectively manages daily jobsite logistics and keeps teams aligned and on schedule. Babatunde holds a B.S. in Construction Management and is OSHA 10 certified.
Romer is one of Lefko’s Assistant Superintendents with experience in QA/QC and on-site construction operations. He is a technical problem-solver who supports daily jobsite logistics and ensures quality standards are met. Romer holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, a Master’s in Industrial Project Management, and is OSHA 10 certified.
Donavin is one of Lefko’s Assistant Superintendents with over seven years of experience in field supervision, including building maintenance, renovations, and contractor coordination. He brings hands-on technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building infrastructure. Donavin holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Industrial Project Management.
